How You Can Improve Your Course!

The Sierra's Bees Food Facility, affectionately called the "Honey House", is Kosher Certified by Earth Kosher.  You can join the kosher program and use the certification on your honey packaged at our facility. All processes are kept kosher regardless of whether or not you participate in the program.  We are committed to clean practices in our facility.

 ServSafe provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. Sierra herself is a certified Food Manager and is committed to clean and safe practices in the honey house.
